- Laser Alignment
- Industrial Pyrometers
- Vibration Monitoring
- Oil Sampling & Analysis
A critical and useful aspect of preventive maintenance. IR scanning is most commonly used to inspect electrical equipment and breaker panels, because excess heat is usually the first sign of trouble (though it can be used for all types of equipment). Loose connections, imbalanced or overloaded circuits, defective breakers, faulty fuses, and material defects can all lead to equipment failure, and all of that can be prevented by IR Scanning.
In addition, the detection of heat loss can discover other irregularities or abnormalities, like water penetration, humidity or moisture. Detection of moisture utilizing sing IRT is not restricted to buildings. It is also applicable to soil, paper, or even aircraft structures.
(RT,UT,PT,MT) – PCN, SAWI & SNT Certified.
The process of inspecting, testing, or evaluating materials, components or assemblies for discontinuities, or differences in characteristics without destroying the serviceability of the part or system.
Nondestructive tests can be used in manufacturing, fabrication and in-service inspections to ensure product integrity and reliability, to control manufacturing processes, lower production costs and to maintain a uniform quality level.
Latest Technology (Wireless Alignment). With today’s optimized machinery, alignment is a vital part in the daily maintenance work. Machines need to be online continuously with a minimum of interruptions. A machine breakdown causes devastating loss of production. Nearly 50% of all machine breakdowns are caused by misalignment. Typical problems arising from poor machine alignment are:
- Lost production time
- Leaking seals
- Increased vibration levels
- Higher energy consumption
- Bearing failure
- Shaft breakage
- Coupling wear
- Quality problems
- Worse working environment
- Service – Temperature verification.
- Accessories supply.
- Pyros Supply.
Monitoring excess vibration in rotating equipment is key to early identification of asset issues.
Vibration monitoring devices measure changes in amplitude, frequency, and intensity of forces that damage rotating equipment. Studying vibration measurements allows teams to discover imbalance, looseness, misalignment, or bearing wear in equipment prior to failure.
This is key to a successful maintenance program. Regular oil testing provides information essential to determining the condition of your equipment.
This can provide early detection of:
- Problems in the initial stages of development.
- Excessive wear and the source of that component’s wear.
- Unwanted contaminants, such as dirt, water, coolant, nitration, and incorrect oil.
- The lubricant’s suitability for further service time, i.e. oil and equipment degradation.
- Dilution of lubricants.
- Misapplication of lubricants.
- The oil’s physical properties.

The Advantages of using Thermography
FINANCIAL SAVINGS
EFFICIENCY
Fewer interruptions while in operation mean more uptime and greater productivity.
Reduces the time of planned shutdowns.
Increases AVAILABILITY and RELIABILITY of plant equipment.
SAFETY
QUALITY
A process that runs reliably will produce higher quality than a process that experiences sudden stops, mechanical wrecks, and a lack of maintenance to key components.
MULTIPLE USES
Petrochemical such as refractory linings, piping insulation and blockages, valves.
Pyrotechnical such as specialized furnace inspections, kilns, incinerators
